Espresso Cinnamon Infusion

1 bottle Prairie Organic Vodka

3 tablespoons of whole espresso beans

3 sticks of cinnamon

Displace 1/3 vodka of the bottle of Prairie Organic Vodka into another vessel to make room. Fill with ingredients, top off with reserved vodka and secure cap tightly. Store in refrigerator or a dark cool space for 3–4 days for optimal flavor.

 

Perfect for a Nutty Russian: Combine 1 oz infused Prairie Organic Vodka with 1 oz hazelnut liqeuer and 1 oz coffee liqueur over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

 

 

Vanilla-Cardamom Infusion

1 bottle Prairie Organic Vodka

1 vanilla bean, split lengthwise

5 cardamom pods, lightly crushed

2 cinnamon sticks

Displace 1/3 vodka of the bottle of Prairie Organic Vodka into another vessel to make room. Fill with ingredients, top off with reserved vodka and secure cap tightly. Store in refrigerator or a dark cool space for 2-3 days for optimal flavor.

 

Try with a Thai Gimlet: Add ¾ oz simple syrup and 4 basil leaves to shaker and muddle thoroughly. Add 1.5 oz infused Prairie Organic Vodka and ¾ oz lime juice. Shake with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

 

 

Star Anise & Cucumber Infusion

1 bottle Prairie Organic Gin

3 star anise

Sliced cucumber

Displace 1/3 gin of the bottle of Prairie Organic Gin to another vessel to make room. Fill with star anise and handful of sliced cucumber, top off with reserved gin and secure cap tightly. Store in refrigerator or a dark cool space for 5-7 days for optimal flavor.

 

Try an enhanced version of the classic Gin & Tonic: Combine 1.5 oz infused Prairie Organic Gin with 4 oz tonic water in a rocks glass filled with ice. Add a cucumber garnish.
